Background
The Capital (thecapital.com.ua) is one of Ukraine's largest elite real-estate agencies — and one of the biggest in Europe — with 400+ staff and 12 offices worldwide. The goal: broad coverage across its core service lines and to outrank entrenched competitors in Google, starting from an outdated site.
What we did
- SEO strategy and competitor analysis, then a clear plan and a brief for a new site.
- Migration to a new CMS with a redesign, faster load and initial on-page SEO.
- A full structure built around real-estate filters, with optimized listings and ongoing on-page work and safe link growth.
- On the paid side, we also cut CPL ~2.2× and helped the company hire and onboard an in-house Google Ads team.
Results
Within about a year, keywords in Google Top-10 grew from 28 to 1,846 (×66), total keyword reach from 909 to 20,957 (×23), and organic traffic from 2,700 to 19,468 visits a month (×7).
