A Kyiv auto-service (oiler.ua) came to us after growth had stalled for 4+ months and organic traffic had started to fall — even though the business itself was expanding and investing heavily in paid channels.
Technical audit, a rebuild of the semantic core, link-profile and page-relevance review, markup fixes, content and metadata aligned to demand, safe link growth, and scaling of the wins quarter over quarter.
Background
Oiler (oiler.ua) is a Kyiv auto-service and parts store for the repair and maintenance of all car makes. The owner came to us in 2018: growth had stalled for half a year and organic traffic had begun to fall, even while the business invested heavily in paid channels. The brief — evaluate the current contractor, find the growth points, and grow organic ~×7 to lead the market.
What we did
A team of four ran the programme:
- Technical SEO — fixed crawl and indexation issues and markup, and improved H1–H4 and metadata across the site.
- Architecture at scale — added 2,631 new pages, rebuilt the store's filter pages, and reworked 4,540 existing pages around real demand.
- Authority — cleaned the link profile, removed toxic links, grew links safely, plus online-reputation work (SERM) and ongoing content.
Results
Organic traffic doubled in the first eight months and reached 106,090 visits a month (×7 from 14,446). Keywords in Google Top-10 grew from 372 to 14,937, and the site holds Top-3 for roughly 7,000 queries. The engagement is still ongoing.
Organic traffic doubled within the first eight months; the full ×7 built up over the following years as the page architecture scaled.
Pure SEO: scaling relevant pages (2,631 new + 4,540 reworked), fixing technical SEO and headings, and safe link growth.
