Situation

A dance school (new-art.com.ua) needed to expand online during the pandemic and become visible in the Top of its region for core queries.

What we did

SEO strategy and a new site built to current SEO standards, an expanded structure with informational articles, and consolidation of rankings as the business scaled.

Background

New Art (new-art.com.ua) is a dance school. The owner, Maria, came during the pandemic: Google Ads didn't work in the niche, the local business wasn't reaching users in its city, and the site needed a rebuild. The goal — expand online and reach the regional Top for core queries.

What we did

A team of four built the project from a near-zero base:

  • An SEO strategy and a new website built to current SEO standards, on a new CMS with a faster, conversion-focused design.
  • An expanded structure with product/section pages, GEO pages for individual cities, a blog for informational traffic, telephony, warehouse and CRM.
  • Ongoing on-page SEO, content and safe link growth.

Results

Organic traffic grew from ~200 to 4,600 visits a month over two years. Keywords in Google Top-10 went from 12 to ~1,300, with strong gains across the whole position range.
