Situation

A plush-toy shop (bigmishki.com.ua) set out to out-rank competitors and grow Google visibility from a near-zero base — through 2022.

What we did

SEO strategy and competitor analysis, a new site on a modern CMS with a selling redesign and faster load, an expanded product structure with filters, and ongoing on-page optimization.

Background

Big Mishki (bigmishki.com.ua) is a plush-toy shop. It came to us with just a landing page and ~50 organic sessions a month, wanting Top-5 in Google and leads from organic. Notably, all of this growth was achieved during the war (reduced demand; summer traffic runs 2–3× lower).

What we did

A team of four built it out:

  • A new website and design plus a blog; a technical spec to current SEO standards.
  • 32 new pages for core keywords and 50+ unique SEO texts; all critical technical errors fixed.
  • Structure expanded around color/type/name filters and GEO pages for individual cities; product cards reworked; active link building and marketplace promotion.

Results

Organic traffic grew 60× — from ~50 to 3,083 visits a month — and the site reached Top-3 in nine months. Keywords in Top-10 went from 72 to 778, with broad gains across the position range.
