Background
Big Mishki (bigmishki.com.ua) is a plush-toy shop. It came to us with just a landing page and ~50 organic sessions a month, wanting Top-5 in Google and leads from organic. Notably, all of this growth was achieved during the war (reduced demand; summer traffic runs 2–3× lower).
What we did
A team of four built it out:
- A new website and design plus a blog; a technical spec to current SEO standards.
- 32 new pages for core keywords and 50+ unique SEO texts; all critical technical errors fixed.
- Structure expanded around color/type/name filters and GEO pages for individual cities; product cards reworked; active link building and marketplace promotion.
